LOCATION: REDMOND, WA
SCOPE: KITCHEN, LIVING ROOM AND LAUNDRY REMODEL
This full-house remodel in Redmond, WA grew alongside the family who lives there. Originally planned as a kitchen update, the project expanded to include the living and laundry rooms - just in time for the couple to welcome their first child.

Although the home featured generous room sizes and vaulted ceilings, the original kitchen felt cramped due to poor layout. By removing walls, raising the ceiling, and relocating key fixtures, we created a brighter, more functional kitchen with smart storage, warm finishes, and a seamless flow into the rest of the home. Refinished wood floors and new lighting tied everything together.

As the family’s needs evolved, the living room became the next focus. We re-centered the fireplace between existing ceiling beams - without moving the firebox - and introduced a clean, minimalist design with built-ins for daily life. The result is a welcoming, cohesive space that now connects effortlessly to the kitchen.

The laundry room, once a cold extension of the garage, underwent a complete transformation. We insulated the space, reconfigured the layout, and added new cabinetry, relocating the washer/dryer to make room for a sink and full-height storage. Now, it functions beautifully for a growing family.
